About me
Hi, I'm Helen.
I am a Middlesex University trained counsellor. I'm fully insured and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the ACC.
I use an integrative approach, meaning that I pull on various techniques to support the needs of individual clients. I offer therapeutic support to individuals who are experiencing the effects of bereavement, trauma, depression, anxiety and stress.
My work focuses on helping clients to identify their personal goals and develop effective ways of coping with the challenges they are facing.
I am committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and confidential space where clients can explore their experiences and work towards meaningful and lasting change. It is my privilege to support their progress and wellbeing, and I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
